The 2010 Sand Volleyball leagues will be beginning the week of April 12th at The Heights Racquetball and Fitness Club in Huber Heights, Ohio. Team Captains can SIGN UP now (and PAY LATER). Formats include doubles, quads, and sixes and are available in Womens, Mens, and Co-Ed. We also have a high school level league too. Sign up for your preferred format and days. The club will contact Captains if day and format changes are expected. If you have any questions, CONTACT the Club Manager.
LEAGUE FEES PER TEAM
Doubles: $70.00 – Quads: $140.00 – Sixes: $210.00 (if you already have a sports membership, you play for free. All other team members are $35 each). League fees must be PAID IN FULL – cash, check, or credit card – by the first week of play.
BONUS: Remember, if your team PAYS IN FULL for your Sand Volleyball League BEFORE APRIL 5TH, each player gets a “FREE Fitness Single Membership” for the duration of the league session. This early registration helps us get the schedule organized, and gives you full access to our weight room, cardio equipment, and fitness classes.
MATCH START TIMES
All matches will begin at 6:30pm, 7:30pm or 8:30pm. An additional 9:30pm start time may be added for Friday matches. Fall leagues may start earlier due to daylight conditions.
MAKE UP MATCHES
Leagues will NOT be cancelled for rain (only lightning). Cancellations will not be called before 6:00 p.m. Make-up matches will be reschedule by staff at The Heights as the schedule permits. Rescheduled times will be posted on the web site and/or team captains will be notified. Contact your team captain to check for official cancellations.
TEAM INFORMATION
Team Captains are responsible to watch the website, then communicate all correspondence with their team’s players concerning rain-outs, makeup matches, and time changes.
Teams may have up to 2 substitutions and must list them as members.
UPCOMING TOURNAMENTS
We will announce the dates for various tournaments, including the “Dig For Charity”, which is held each year to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Ohio.
