This class is a blend of step cardio and weights, resistance tubing and fitball work designed to build cardio endurance, burn calories and create lean muscle mass. Great for all levels of fitness.

Mat Pilates
This class is designed to strengthen your core, tone and lengthen your muscles. Great for all levels of fitness.

Boot Camp Challenge
An intense cardiovascular and muscle endurance workout using a variety of equipments designed to challenge you to the next level of fitness! Recommend for intermediate to advanced participants.

Spinning
A great cardiovascular workout that is low impact and designed to challenge all levels of fitness.
